Return Policy
Have confidence in ordering with www.CoffeeandTeaHaven.com if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our Coffee and teas or products, you may return the item for a full refund less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by D& R Online Ventures Inc, or Coffeeandteahaven.com. Coffee and Tea Haven is not responsible for any allergic reactions or medical conditions a customer may aggravate by drinking of our teas or coffee. Please contact a Physician  immediately if any discomfort occurs while drinking our coffee and tea products.

Backorder Policy
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Shipping Policies
Normally we ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via fastest carrier from warehouse and actual delivery time will vary according to your shipping zone. (In most cases it averages 7-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon its arrival in our warehouse.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer.  We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. 

We are shipping from several different suppliers and shipping will be charged seperately for each brand.
