Custom-roasted from small, selected lots from a single farmer at Bolivian Colonia Calama (single-terroir). They are 100% specialty, Arabica coffee beans. These coffee beans have also been certified by the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center as "Bird-Friendly®". USDA Certified Organic. 1/4 Lb. Bag.
Our coffee will have a "Roasting Date" where our roaster certifies when your coffee was actually roasted and bagged. For best results, we recommend that you use the coffee within 6 months of the roasting date and within 30 days after opening.
