This gift comes with a selection of four of our shade grown, organic and fair trade coffees. They are 100% specialty, Arabica coffee beans grown under the shading canopy of native tropical trees (shade grown), organic and fair traded.

As with all of our Good Dog Coffee Micro Roasters coffees, these are custom-roasted to order. You decide the roasting and grinding levels. At checkout please select between Light, Medium, or Dark roast and select between Whole Beans, Coarse, Medium, or Fine grinding levels.

Our coffee will have a "Roasting Date" where our roaster certifies when your coffee was actually roasted and bagged. For best results, we recommend that you use the coffee within 6 months of the roasting date and within 30 days after opening.
